This is a multi step (and quite lengthy) process that starts with an idea drafted into digital art. This art then becomes a stencil that goes onto glass. Every single piece of glass must be rough cut by hand, then fine tuned with special glass tools. They are then grinded into their final shape. Each piece of glass is hand wrapped with copper foil and burnished to flatten and adhere the tape to the glass. Now we put all the pieces together like a puzzle and solder them in place. Next, we wash, dry, polish and add patina. Finally, we polish the art one last time and seal the piece in a protectant coat of polish. Now we have a completed Tiffany style stained glass art piece ready to display in your home!

It really depends on how intricate the artwork is. Every piece of glass gets one on one treatment as listed above. The more pieces of glass in the art, the longer it takes! The Snake sunburst piece shown in this section took nearly 6 hours to complete!
